Instructions for Accessing a
Recorded version of

A video PowerPoint slides (with audio) version and an
audio only version of the meeting are available at www.conferencepoint.com
- At the top of the
page enter the Meeting ID # (22332233), then click on tab
below “Find Meeting”
- On the next page
enter your name (first initial of your first name, last name and 2 letter
abbreviation for your state) on the left side, and click the ”Find
Meeting” button
- At the next page you
will need to adjust your search by clicking the button for “Past” and
indicate a date that is June
23rd at 12:00 AM or earlier, then click the Search button
- Click on the link
for meeting ID (22332233), {which is the third box in the table} meeting is
named “Amer Red Cross Sh” as
there are more than one webinar using the same #
- On the Meeting Info
page on the right side you will see an Options section with Attachments/Recordings
- Click the icon for Attachments/Recordings
- You will be directed
to a Meeting Recording page. Click the “Play” icon for either the Web
Recording (video/audio) or Meeting Recording (audio only)
- Click the play button arrow on the bottom
of the screen to start the program. To skip by the initial login and setup
that took place before the meeting, drag the black square slider on the time bar to approximately 42 minutes
into the program. There are 23 slides in total.
PowerPoint (PP) slides without audio can be accessed
