Advisory Board

An advisory board, composed of representatives from each department at the School, a representative from the BUSPH administration, and a University representative, has been created to consult with and advise the (director) Educational Technology Manager on policy and strategy issues. The mission of the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology is to help build a culture of continuous improvement in our education through:

  • offering a variety of programs that highlight effective teaching strategies, encouraging all faculty and teaching assistants to teach better;
  • creating a greater sense of community through out the School by highlighting commonalties in teaching across public health disciplines; and
  • understanding the increased role of technology and its potential impact on instruction and learning and supporting and fostering innovative teaching methods and technologies.
