(Her talk will be followed by a 10-minute segment of SiCKO Goes to Washington.)
Abby Ross is a dual degree student in social work and public health at Boston University and completed her master's degree in social work in May. Her recent experiences with the health care system regarding the care of her mother in Washington, DC, will be the springboard for her thoughts on how her mother's story can inform efforts to reform the health care system.

Ms. Dickerson is a consumer of psychiatric services and has a history of homelessness and trauma. She has a bachelor's degree in experimental psychology from Tufts University. She has published articles on experiences of recovery, and she has done extensive work as an advocate for consumers for more than 13 years.
Linda Klein's mother was the victim of a series of medical errors. This experience led Linda to work toward reform of our fragmented health care system. As a member of the Consumer Health Quality Council at Health Care For All, a Boston-based statewide organization working for improvements in health care access and quality, Linda is featured in a YouTube video documenting her family's experience. That video will be played as part of her presentation.
