Course Offerings:

To the find the most up-to-date information about what courses are being offered at BUSPH, visit the Student Link. Choose the semester of interest and "SPH" for college to see meeting dates and times, course descriptions, enrollment and professors for all courses being offered. The Course Rotation Guide lists the expected semester a course will be offered for all courses.

For a list of courses at other BU graduate schools that are pre-approved for transfer credit to the MPH degree, please click here .  Students must document their intention to take the class for MPH degree credit by completing a transfer credit request form and submitting the form prior to the start of the class.  No additional documents are needed.  Students must earn a B or better for the class to transfer. Students are welcome to take classes anywhere at BU, but must be aware that the tuition for classes not approved for the degree program in which they are registered cannot be paid by federal loans or SPH scholarship money. This means a student who is full-time must have a full-time SPH schedule before he or she enrolls in a class that is not approved for his or her degree program (a PDP class, for example).  A part time student is more limited and should talk with the Office of Student Financial Services.
