The BUSPH Office of Public Health Practice strives to promote a sound public health practice perspective in all aspects of the school’s mission: education, research and service. We do this by facilitating connections between BUSPH, local practice partners, and the national and international public health community.

Public Health Practicum
The practicum experience allows BUSPH students to integrate and apply classroom learning in a public health work environment. Practicum students contribute to the solution of public health problems while developing practical skills and personal confidence as public health professionals.

Community Engagement
By developing partnerships with organizations in our local and professional communities, the practice office encourages collaboration between BUSPH and our neighbors in Greater Boston while providing important opportunities for our students to grow professionally through service to their community.
