Application Process

If you are ready to apply to BU School of Public Health, the admissions team is here to assist you. We are one of 48 CEPH accredited schools of public health and also one of 38 schools participating in SOPHAS. This online service allows you to apply to multiple schools of public health with one application. BUSPH does not require a supplemental application or fee. All materials are submitted directly to SOPHAS, where you can start your application.

Applicants to Boston University School of Public Health may apply to a maximum of two degree options and may only select one program and concentration for each degree.

For specific application requirements, please select the appropriate degree option below:

MPH and Dual Degree programs DrPH
MS - Enviromental Health PhD - Environmental Health Science
MS - Epidemiology PhD - Epidemiology
MS - Health Services Research PhD - Health Services Research

MA and PhD in Biostatistics**
**All applicants for the MA and PhD programs in Biostatistics must apply through the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Please do NOT use SOPHAS for these programs. All questions regarding the MA and PhD degree programs in Biostatistics should be directed to the Department of Biostatistics or the BU  Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Admissions Office
